....in with media stereotyping?
My previous thread was a lead to this as I contest media drives what we think is "true" or "real" and we just accept it as fact, or is it just me? |

No, I don't agree with anything blindly, I like remaining openminded about things. Confirmation bias can happen, challenging it requires the ability to critically analyse ones thinking and that's not something that comes naturally to most. |

I Snopes almost everything I read these days before I share it. Far too many online news outlets with their own agenda and spin on things, let alone all the antivax, flat earth and chemtrail type crap out there. It's never a good idea to take any news as gospel unless it's reported identically across several platforms.

No.. Why would I... I'm intelligent enough to read the facts and information and make my own informed decision rather just follow the mass concensus..or I can make my own mind up on someone's behaviour and judge them on that. |
