No. I shouldn't have to worship someone's fucking job before we have sex.

I'm not interested in what anyone does for a living - it's all a matter of how they conduct themselves.

Manchester

I’ve met a few and they know how to have a good time.

Before I was married, I was living in Singapore and was feeling a bit sad and lonely. I knew a US ship was docking in Singapore harbour and went to a bar where all the marines were drinking. Had a real crush on one with his uniform and accent so took him and his mate back to my flat for a threesome.

I received a good fucking that night.

Alas my flat mate (who was also the owner) was not happy with me bringing them back and asked me to move out!

Someone who has Enjoyed good times is what it’s all about. Military men seem to fuck harder probably because of our working environment we need to let loose now and again

Glad you had a good time though pity about been kicked out ??

Lots of men not in uniform have the same attitude/need to let off a lot of steam.

Men in uniform isn’t a turn on for me. It’s not a turn off; it’s just ‘meh’ to me. Makes absolutely no difference.

There’s so many men on fab who seem to assume ‘I’m a man in uniform’ is a foolproof chat up line

Just shows they have nothing else to offer

Please don’t tar everybody in service with your brush. To suggest that it should make you more attractive is only suggesting that you need to make up for inadequacies elsewhere.

Ridiculous. Men who don’t wear uniform are more than capable of being in charge and have confidence.

America appreciates the services more when they have more homeless veterans than UK?? Saying thank you for your service is all they do lol

And how does being in the outdoors serving help u know your way around a womans body

Most of the profiles into uniform i see are tv/ts/cd trying to live out their fantasies of feeling girly lol

Would I meet a man who’s wearing his uniform? No. It does absolutely nothing for me.

Would I meet a man who’s in the forces? Yes. I have done. But he wasn’t weirdly obsessed with the fact he is in the forces. Him being in the forces wasn’t even discussed, or why we met.

How the military are treated by society has nothing to do with hiding your sausage.

In fact the perception of the military in this country is higher than it has ever been since probably the Falklands War. Help for heroes tickets for troops armed forces day the armed forces covenant I could go on.

It’s all about perception some like it some don’t. I must admit I do like a good rig run, places like Liverpool and London you do get good crack.

Oh good god no. Too many have a sense of confidence that borders on arrogance...don’t get me wrong, I support the armed forces. They do a tough job. But it’s simply that, a job. They chose that career path (and fair play to them) but to be attracted to someone sexually because they CHOSE to serve their country ? Er....no...I’ll take each one on their personal merits.” I was in the army for xxyears” yes but you’re not now love. Too many use it as a badge of honour.

They chose that career path (and fair play to them) but to be attracted to someone sexually because they CHOSE to serve their country ? Er....no...I’ll take each one on their personal merits.” I was in the army for xxyears” yes but you’re not now love. Too many use it as a badge of honour. "

Totally get that, more the some women find the uniform attractive not the actual job. I guess I’m getting the reaction opposite to what I was looking for. Lol

Good looking guys in uniform that are decent and know how to have fun is hard to find I guess haha

There and to the left a bit

I think it's fair to say that *some* people will go for a person in uniform, and be attracted by that - it's been happening since the dawn of time.

I think it's also fair to say that a lot of people find it a turn off that someone thinks showing off the fact they wear uniform is a way to get into someone else's pants/knickers.

As the old saying goes the person makes the uniform, not the uniform makes the person - shout and show off about it and you're likely to come unstuck.

That said people are also easily taken in by a uniform - there was a guy here about a year ago had pics of a soldier killed 12 years ago in Afghanistan and another of a friend of Prince Harry's who was in the SAS on his profile (amongst other borrowed military pics) and he was fairly well verified

I'm not interested in what anyone does for a living - it's all a matter of how they conduct themselves.

I've had some amazing meets with Military Men and have made a few wonderful friends. The only downside is the constant disappearing acts to Outer Mongolia for months on end. I'm very patient though

As a comparison...hubby was a prison officer for thick end of 15 yers . Granted he wasn’t shot at, didn’t have ieds exploding in his face and wasn’t in “exotic” locations ...but he was assaulted on a daily basis ...stabbed, slashed spat at, forced to deal with dirty protests..spent 18 hour days with no thought for health and safety ...”exceptions”.......he went to work...came home...that’s as how it should be.

Agree with you on people wanting to meet some in uniform be that military, blue light or NHS etc..

Hence the type of thread like this one, on the latter point about Walts and someone using a dead guys pictures fuck that boils my piss..

Vile thing to do and worthy of being nicked and publicly shamed..

No.

If we think someone is nice and chat to them and it turns out they are a soldier, then the. conversation stops.

If the good looking guy or girl turns out to be a complete obnoxious prat then no uniform on the globe will make up for that..

We used to be not welcome in lots of places in the 70's and most of the 80's and that has changed..

Never been a fan of people using their uniform to try to impress, always thought it was lacking in respect for the particular branch of the services but respect others see things differently..

OP I doubt you would have asked the same question had your uniform been DHS or Iceland..

I think showing off about your uniform is something that any serviceman has done at some point in their career usually very early on and at a young age before maturity sets in mostly - I was (briefly) in the Navy and while at Raleigh the trick (once civvy privileged were granted) was to find out which ships were in as you crossed from Torpoint to Plymouth for a night out and hey presto you were on that ship as far as any women you chatted to were concerned

Ridiculous now when you think about it - but it worked but very immature all the same.

Like I said think there's a huge difference between showing off about being a serviceman and it coming out naturally in conversation, and being an attraction as a result

"Do couples or females enjoy meeting men in uniform????"

nope... sorry... if you have to sell your job to sell yourself, then you are using it to say "i am better than you"...

nope... you're not!

I know that a lot of service personnel would absolutely recoil at what you are in effect suggesting....
