Im sending my mum crackers. Shes 74 looks 64 is fit and healthy and i keep ringing her to check shes not gone out and is drinking plenty. Im sure shes going to tell me to fuck off next time i ring  |

Indeed. Driving through a small town yesterday I saw an old lady collapsed at a bus stop. Just around the corner, an old chap died at the wheel of his car, and as I drove away I saw another old boy hanging onto a lamp post for support, clearly in distress. All within 500m over an hour or so!  |

thats terrible. Im lucky my mum is in good health and sensible but alot of old people do forget to drink |

Me too, Diamond. My dad is nearly 90 and I've told him to stay indoors today. Set a big fan up for him yesterday and myself and the rest of the family are ringing him every couple of hours. We are only about 3 miles away, so can get to him quickly |
