Beer tastes better when quickly poured into a glass rather than slowly or drank from a bottle.
That way you get the CO2 out rather than pour it into your stomach.

There is actually science behind the sandwich thing.
Basically we don't just taste through our mouth, so we needs some air to make the other senses (ie to our nose) work best. The less we put in out mouth the more we can taste. Try comparing the corner of a triangle to a round isn't even cut in half. You just get more air, that's all it is. If you eat too fast you taste less too, that's that's fairly obvious I think.
So less is more people - don't stick too much in. Well it's been my excuse for years and I'm sticking to it anyway  |

Try comparing the corner of a triangle to a round isn't even cut in half. You just get more air, that's all it is. If you eat too fast you taste less too, that's that's fairly obvious I think.

It is actually science lol - the smaller the mouthful the better for taste. It's using the nose properly. More air, more taste. They are more likely to be room temperature too, as even fridge temperature dampens the taste.

I agree- sandwiches should not be in quarters unless your 5 or 95.
Unless they're the awesome club type sandwiches on sticks you get in crap hotels that have random ingredients in them - then they're allowed to be in quarters.
Another fact is that all sandwiches need butter.
