Listening to calm music is good for relaxing.

I like listening to Albatross by Fleetwood Mac as it makes me imagine I'm on a tropical beach with white sands, blue ocean and palm trees.

Find water, get naked, get in... don't forget the sun cream.

Sussex

My bubble bath is working fine thanks!

Space for 5 people and on the lowest setting gives a very soothing massage as well as cooling soak.

On a mooch

Pool, hat, sun cream, water to my neck .... bliss

Other than that just lying completely still and drinking water, lots of it

Windows open, curtains shut and drinking lots of squash whilst watching Keeping Faith box set. I'm fine and dandy

Get into McDonald’s! They’re all air conditioned, actually a bit chilly in here

Sheffield

Drink tea/coffee... It'll bring your core temp up closer to the outside temp thus regulating it... Cold beer will only dehydrate you

Tepid bath before bed, leave it there over night and if you wake up at 3am tossing and turning go have a dip

Alternatively crack one off
