Yeah, I feel you. We've had a cool week though, only 25-32. Just buy yourself a bunch of ice lollies, the fab ones are great as they have sprinkles too |

In the hotel where I work, we often have parties or wedding functions, where attending guests come up from London.
They are surprised to find we charge half of what they would expect in London pubs; there, one guy said his local charges almost £7 a pint!!
In contrast, I know of a few working men's clubs in Hull where a pint is around £1.50.
Up here in Warwick, don't attend any function at the Castle (owned & operated by Merlin Group. There, a pint of Fosters,the only draught beer they sell, is almost £9 a pint!!!). |
