That is good and yes, it is a tasty dish aint it? Same here. I switch between the proteins where the next day I will have tuna with the rice

I had 4 eggs, 4 pieces of low fat bacon, 3 sausages (they where tasty) home made chips, half tin beans. Then a packet of strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, black grapes with 2 tubs of yogurt.

Then in a mo I'll have 8 dailyleas with 5 crisp breads.
