Another warm day today and probably even hotter tomorrow.
As Fab is pretty much a public broadcasting service for sexual deviants, what helpful advice can you offer people to stay comfortable in this weather?
A cool shower in the morning can work, but instead of drying yourself with a towel, let the water just evaporate off you to keep you cool |

"Wear a cap when you’re out in direct sunlight.
If you wanna be really cool then you can wear it backwards
What if it’s got East17 written on the cap? "
It's alright
It's alright
It's alright
It's really alright
It's alright
It's really alright

I’m alright with the heat during the day, it’s just at night when I’m trying to sleep that I hate it.
So today I’m picking up an air con unit. That should solve that issue. Had been meaning to get one for years but kept putting it off but last night was the final straw |

Don't forget that when wearing it backwards you may need to use your hand to shade your eyes.
That's super cool!
Ooops sorry, that should be stupid, super stupid. |

"Wear cotton or linen, drink water, drink more water, seek shade, drink water, run your wrists under the cold tap, drink water, wear a hat, draw the curtains.
Finally drink water."
Excellent advice.
I got; Wear cotton or linen, seek shade, run your wrists under the cold tap, wear a hat, draw the curtains.
Did I miss anything?
