So there is some people who want to storm Area 51 ( good luck with that one) to see if they can find evidence of ufo’s

Really??

Aren’t UFO just military aircraft we haven’t heard about?

Why would aliens (if they exist) come here?

We’re not really that nice and can’t stop killing each other..

What’s your thoughts on this?

Area 51 conspiracies were literally encouraged by the US government to detract from said military aircraft, even had a press man feeding papers stories!

Lots of people with a death wish it seems. Sure the military will try to stop them without major injury but I wouldnt be surprised if some people are shot and killed.

I think they should let us have a look to satisfy our curiosity. I know they'll still hide all the good stuff but some intrepid explorer may break the ranks, slip an area 51 cap and lab coat on and find the goods.

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

Isn't the whole thing just an internet 'game'?

Some of the comments I read were along the lines of, My mom (sic) said she'd drive me there OR pick me up but not both.

Could do with an alien invasion. Might actually get humans to work together for the good of humanity rather than the various crack pot religions that keep us apart.

Couldn't have worded it better myself.

Although if such a thing was to happen, we would be completely fucked but hey, we go down united!

Must be obsolete by now. They were talking about it in the 80's.

the land of saints & sinners

Of all the places to choose, Aliens pick the good old U.S. of A as a landing spot.

Doesn’t strike me as the most intelligent choice for an advanced race of alien beings......

There's a mathematical likelihood of aliens existing; possibly even somewhere in our galaxy. However, unless Einstein was wrong about the speed of light being impossible to exceed, there's also a mathematical likelihood that we'll never encounter them.

Handy, really. It'll save them from being disappointed.

UFOs are just that, unidentified flying objects. It just means they are unidentified, not necessarily alien.

I think it was Carl Sagan who said if you were going to get alien's coming to earth for tourism it would be to see a solar eclipse.

I can't see species ever meeting myself. Unless Einstein is wrong about light speed being as fast as anything can possibly travel.

If aliens came here it would only be to observe us and laugh at how ridiculous we are, they would be so more advanced than us that it would be like the equivalent of us observing an ant nest.

The universe is so infinite that the chance of alien life is almost definite and if aliens landed tomorrow I'd think "meh, bound to happen eventually" well I'd say there's a good chance they have already been and gone thousands of years ago.

I'd just laugh at them and at how ridiculously big their heads are

Didnt he also sugest the fastest way to get from point a to point b was to fold the two points together. Suggesting that we dont need to travel faster but smarter. Ie the start of string and now super string theory?

I may be mistaken but im also tired.

You know Burke, I don’t know which species is worse. You don’t see them f***ing each other over for a goddamn percentage...

I’m not sure even Einstein would be able to theorise on speeds of transport developed by beings thousands of years more advanced than humans, but one thing is for sure, we only represent a violent society so why would any intelegent life be interested in us?

The planet, that’s another thing!!

I'm firmly in the UFOs definitely exist, but they should mostly be military craft being tested.

I am not at all into aliens. Quite a lot of people who believe the apollo missions weren't as we were told say people have been to the moon but saw structures and other things, which have been classified. Then the footage shot on earth is what was given to us instead.

Apollo 14 astronaut Edgar Mitchell talked openly about aliens and UFOs. He grew up near Roswell and talked about 'the crash there'. I don't buy it personally.

We're going to be hearing about aliens and a possible attack quite a bit in the coming years.
