from Home Counties to Middle Earth

Fluent in Italian; a bit of French & Spanish; odd words in Welsh. I was keen to learn Russian years ago but think a more expansive knowledge of Spanish would be more useful - I just confuse it with Italian quite a bit.

I'm barely competent at English let alone a foreign language. I'd love to learn German, Latin and classical Greek though.

I (Luke) speak proper English and a smattering of French, German and Italian.

Hannah speaks American English and a smattering of German and possibly other things I don't know about.

Don't tell about the American English comment!
