"Pickled herring and a shot of vodka "
I have to be in the mood for a pickled herring. We made them in Home Economics at school(random choice, much?) and the smell on the bus going home still lingers   |

Just back from the gym and I had..
Black pudding cut really really thin and fried with ‘fry light’, 100g Black pudding, then egg whites (3) no yokes, pour over the top, meal is about 180-200 calories..
Going to make the gorgeous wife some of the following when she gets back from the gym..
Fried mushrooms (fry light), Onions, and egg whites poured over 150 calories.. |
