Hey guys! Hope everyone s ok and doesnt struggle with what i do. I just want to ask for an advice as. i m feeling very lost and lonely and really played . I signed up for a job recruitment agency for uk, promised me lovely housing,decent pay and very friendly staff. Guess what? All of the above not ticked. |

On the first day i arrived here ( 3 days ago), right after i stepped foot here the manager didnt even wait for me at the airport, had to panic for 40 minutes with no service and possible way to know if someones coming or not. Luckily i wasnt left there internally screaming and when he showed up all he talked about was liking money |

First day on the job ( which is actually sales. Cosmetic sales) he literally told to my face that he doesnt give a shit about me and my opinions and i can go suck a cock. Was aatonished. I never felt such shame and humiliation in my life. Also been told that i have 5 probation days from his grattitude towards me( error 404 about that) on which if i dont obey the rules of beeing a salesman machine ( even if they hire people without experience ) he s going to kick me out of the house and leave me jobless. |

Are you employed by a Recruitment Agency to find Cosmetic Sales Staff or has a Recruitment Agency found you a full time role with another employer as a Cosmetic Sales Person?

I Ve done huge sacrifices coming here. Everyone does when they decide to switch countries. New friends, new place, new people, new mentalities. I sometimes get a bit crazy and adventurous and i fully trusted them so i arrived here sith the amazing sum of 30 pounds (please dont judge..). Now i m beeing threatened with homelessness, have no money to go to work, manager doesnt give me an advance on my paycheck cuz i m not saling, staff on the job is ridicoulously aimed towards JUST SELLING (through this agency and in this shop they sent me, in the last 2 months 12 people left. Is that a coincidence?) Now i m scared as hell as i have no money, dont feel the support of the staff , people in the house feel the same against the manager as we ve been played. |

I mm scared as hell guys . I m literlly crying here as i type. All i did was just trust them and even had a hugeargument with my parent on this and now he doesnt even want to answer my calls because i didnt do what he said ( not trust them) |

I started this account again because i had no one to talk to. You can call me scammer as.i m already receiving messages about that. I m just looking for an advice. I sti live in the managers house but its my 3 rd dsy without a sale, have 2 more to go and i m not even feeling like going there anymore. It gets me anxious and panicked. and i have to approach people and make them buy things they dont even want to buy |

I m trying not to go down at all . But i cant seem to have that same energy after beeing judged and judged everyday at work. When i m home i feel different and relieved i left there but there again i hsve to go back as i m forced to otherwise i m thrown in the street. That fucks me up mentally and emotionally. Manager tells ud( agency guys) not to even talk to eachother. 8 hours of that a day. 6/7 when agency told us 5/7. Everyday that passes by i find out new scary things about the place |

I will keep you posted on this as i ll go on citizen advice and police. I m just scsred and i m sorry to put this before your eyes guys but my mind just blocks. I also need to work here as i come here to solve some.problems at home and i feel like my hands are tied and i ve come here for nothing and that crushes me |

Here’s your advice then. Stop wasting your money in cocktail bars and buy a cheap flight home. If you have been here three days then you’ve hardly given it much of a chance and if you are with a recruitment agency then just tell them you need a different job. Personally I think you’re talking shit and you’re either after a sympathy shag or money, probably both. |
