To go close enough to the moon to touch it and not land. To be the one who had the hardest job of all, potentially have to abandon two astronauts to their fate in the event of an accident. That is tough pressure. Definitely Michael Collins. Would ask him if he would do it again. |

Brilliant answer and from the Op as well, never thought about his place in history. Just realised I could only remember two of the Astronauts Buzz Aldrin and Neil Armstrong  |
