Twice today I've had the "you're sexy" chat and it's weird.
I know I can portray sexy but it's not a natural thing for me, if I'm in the mood it's different but day to day I'm more of a wallflower.
I just wondered if anyone feels sexy the majority of the time? Do you have that confidence in your looks and demeanour? |

I don't think I'm sexy the majority of the time. Well, I know I'm not. But I can be sometimes. It's not so much how I look/what I am wearing (although that plays a part) but a particular frame of mind. |

When I’m in lingerie and makeup with my hair down - or a fitted dress - ie when I’m ‘Peachy ‘ - then yeah I feel sexy!
Day to day - when I’m just mum or a retail worker - with no makeup, my hair up and my glasses on - then I’m as far from sexy as it’s possible to get! |

Pretty much this.
When I'm dressed up with a nice outfit or sexy underwear I feel confident and sexy.
I certainly don't feel sexy in my work uniform that's for sure |

Most of the time I'm not conscious of it but around 5% of the time I think I look like a bag of shit and 5% of the time I think I look alright for a guy in his 50s.
Once in a blue moon I even think I catch women looking at me...but that's usally when I'm in Walsall town centre. |

8ve just got out the shower. I've got my old leggings on. My slippers and my bfs t-shirt that's about 200 times to big for me. So yes I'm really sexy like on the level of a complete mess sexy lol x |

Feeling or believing you're sexy is a state of mind influenced by a multitude of factors. Some of them have already been touched on here.
Being well dressed certainly helps. As my role requires me to smartly dress several times a week, I suppose I do feel sexy on those occasions. |

I don't *feel* I'm sexy myself but then I'm prone to self-deprecation anyway, so it's no surprise.
I guess a bit like beauty, sexy is something that is more in the eye of the beholder and for others to decide, and occasionally people will tell me they think I'm sexy which I struggle to accept or understand bit appreciate all the same. |

I feel confident in my own skin and good about myself. I'm just an average girl who's not afraid to be seen without makeup or with welly boots on or in my gym gear.
That in itself feels liberating and free from worrying what others think but that only came with age.
When I dress up actually I dont recognise myself but christ I feel good. So for me it's not about am I to others but I feel it...sexy and you know it.....

Generally day to day, not at all, I'm quite awkward, normally covered in mud or some kind of sauce, but when I'm in the zone, in the right company, the sexiness just takes over.. In a weird kind of way. |

Sexy is used to describe something (clothes, music, words, you name it) that turns people on sexually. People who are sexy are attractive in a way that makes other people interested in them romantically or sexually.
This is sexy! I believe that we all are in our own little ways OP even if we do not feel it.

It's a strange one. I've always thought that sexiness is much more a state of mind than anything to do with aesthetics.
That said, the state of mind can be conveyed in body language and the way someone dresses.
Personally, I've never felt that comfortable with the way I look and feel to consider myself sexy, but that doesn't mean that someone else won't find me sexy.
Sexy is in the eye of the beholder I suppose. |

Sexy for a woman always seems to be tied in with the outfit they are wearing (or barely wearing) so to me it's the outfit people find sexy....If someone told me I looked sexy in a onesie I might be more tempted to believe the spiel |

No, I wouldn't say so. Being sexy isn't a natural thing for me. I think I have a sexy side, but that's more inside than outside. I have felt sexy as a whole a few times, but I was a lot happier with my body and had much more confidence in myself back then. |

Sometimes... Not terribly often though... My 'real life' isn't very conducive to feeling sexy most of the time. I tend to take the 'hey sexy' stuff on here with a fistful of salt tbh... It gets thrown about far too much and too easily to have any value. Being told you're sexy by someone who is holding you in his arms though... That can make you feel like the sexiest woman alive |

For years I felt like the most unsexiest person alive.. Then in the last couple of years I've started to feel more sexy. Do I actually think I'm sexy do I exude that sexy look?? Im not sure.. Tbh I’ve no idea! I don’t feel attractive in ‘E’ mode - ergo if ten guys were ogling me (which is extremely unlikely) I’d be oblivious to it!
Tbh I kinda like being invisible day to day - I prefer to be able to decide when I do and don’t want attention!
I wouldn’t want guys to stare at me wherever I go! For example if I’m out for dinner with the kids - I deliberately dress ‘unsexily ‘ - I very much doubt my kids want to see their mum being ogled by random blokes! |
