Evening Ash.
Your usual drink is en-route as I type this.
Waiting for a small group to return, appsrently really nice people.
Last night was bad. 6 ppl caused a scene, then complained by e-mail though night to my boss.
She checked with me, reviewed our Internal CCTV, backed me 1000% & counter complained to delegates company.
Company closed one day conference at 11am & summoned all back to HQ. Heard tonight from my boss, the company fired two staff & suspended the other 4 pending investigation.
Co Director coming in to personally apologise in morning! |

They were "Happy" but thought they were vastly superior! I refused service to them, but that made it worse.
I'd to call police in, as I feared for my safety. Eventually 8 officers had immense difficulty getting this bunch calmed down.
I haven't encountered such behaviour like theirs in a very long time. |

I'll be sad to see him go. He played more minutes for Everton last season than anyone else. He's class. Who's the french guy so i can look on youtube |

Evening Ash and all. So back from holiday and back to hospital appointments. Took my dad for an echocardiogram today, ready for his heart op. Visited my sister in law yesterday, sorted some stuff for her, she doesn't have too long now, will be taking her out in her wheelchair to the riverside, which is what she wanted, peace and tranquillity... |
