I really struggled in the past months, too busy at work. But, still. A suggestion?
Pack up a gym bag and leave it in the car. Then, tell yourself, I will only go to the steam room and relax, then again tell ur brain, well I'm here now so I could do some workout. That's what I do. I trick myself into do things I wouldnt do if i was me. XD strage but it works! And if u are at home already, find an excuse to get out the house, anything, for shopping or petrol or cause it's nice day or whatever you actually need or would like to do. But then goes back at what I said before. Trick urself to drive close to the gym, get to the carpark, and park up. Switch off the engine, and put headphone on. Put some powerful music feel it, tell urself, WITH THIS MUSIC, I FEEL GOOD, then tell urself to get out the car and pick the bag. The rest is history...pr future |

How about going to the gym before work? I often run before work, and before my brain wakes up and realises that i'm exercising.
Maybe changing your routine, the times that you go to the gym or alter the workout slightly, anything to reinvigorate your desire for going.

That's what I do but should I should go more often. Stuff gets in the way."
Sitting on couch is my problem, holidays from work soon so will be easier then |
