When I was younger, I classed being 40+ as middle aged.
People retired at 60/65.
But as a society we've changed over the decades, people are living longer, working longer, a lot are far more aware of health/fitness
I'm 49 now, and I am definitely not like the women oh that age, I once considered middle aged |

ever since I got to 30 middle age has been 5-10 years older than me....so it's 57 to 62 now |
