If you could go back and visit yourself your teens and offer one bit of advice to yourself what would it be?
Mine would be ask the questions now as you never know if there’s a tomorrow to ask them?

Trouble is if we changed our past would we be the person we are now without those experiences ? Lots of things we would like to change but it would make us different today would we be here on the forums asking this question ? |

I'd probably go back and tell myself that I know it feels like the worst thing in the world, but it really isn't and to just let it go over my head rather than have it consume me. |

Give myself a list of sporting event results for the next 20 or so years... Wait that sounds familiar...
Give myself a list of names of people that I should definitely chat to, get to know and hang around with, and a list of names of people that I'd not waste my time and energy with. |

Get you posh bird - we used lemon juice! This has reminded of something I would tell my younger self - don’t get a perm! you look (even more of) a dick, and your mum will use any opportunity to show ‘that’ photo of you with it  |
