I'd don't get angry, like proper angry, it's happened once in my life and I felt amazing, the words that came out were so on point, so irrefutable, I was like a hyper logical machine |

I'm not an angry person, I think my lack of reaction probably annoys people more but I just don't see the point.
I only remember being angry once and it took a lot of goading to get there. I slammed the door so hard the pictures fell off the wall and I cried |

I try not to. I used to be a lot more firey years ago now I try and be rational and matter of fact. If that does not work I'll usually walk away. I can't be bothered dealing with agro anymore. But I do have a bad temper when someone really pushes me and sometimes I do just want to let rip but in the end it's not worth it. |

"Do you lash out not with fists, your mouth or do something mad/crazy as your upset/hurt/angry
I admit i can do!"
Not got time for unspecatacular! Only time my fists lash out is in the ring. My mouth is rarely in proximity of trash therefore never do mad/crazy stuff and I'll reserve emotions only when me and I are together. Alone! |

Not since I was a silly lad no. Don't get me wrong piss me off and you'll no it but I put my fists out to pasture a long time ago. I realise the damage I'm capable of and no matter what or who's pissing me off my liberty is more important. |

Angry? I cry. Although I’ve been known to throw things.
Frustration? Pull my hair out. Literally. Had therapy for that though (amongst other things) so I don’t really do it anymore. It used to be awful. Sometimes if it gets bad I just grab my hair and hold it, I don’t tend to pull hard enough to yank it out anymore. |

I may shout a little ... then usually take the dogs for a walk on the Downs to calm down |

I can get irritated easy enough but that passes. Anger is dealt with in a cold logical manner. I plot my revenge and have an incredibly long memory for being wronged.
I also help karma along the way... |

I do get angry, but it takes a lot to get me there. When I'm really angry I'm not loud at all, which is apparently quite scary...not least because it doesn't happen often.
I was much more fiery in my teens and 20s. |

"I've run pubs. There's no room to get angry in that environment, it could go disastrous. Remain calm is the best and don't pour petrol on the fire"

None of the above. If anything I become withdrawn, quiet and go in a shell. I can't stand confrontation |

A world all of his own |
It's rare the I physically lash out in anger, unless it's against inanimate objects. My kitchen door took a punch on Friday but that's long been coming.
It's unusual that I'll lash out with my tongue but in my defence I pretty much always apologise afterwards. |

Can’t remember ever getting properly angry, mildly annoyed is about my max.
I can get frustrated easily but that’s normally at myself when working on a creative project or trying to learn a new tune on the guitar |

I've had to learn that lesson in previous years. Plus I'm even more laid back now.
I suppose I've become one of the quiet ones you should look out for that I used to be warned about. |

working with Autistic spectrum disorders I see a lot of pent up anger I am trained to difuse it. I have a very calm nature about me. Life is after all too short. If I was angry all the time think I would have to shoot myself! Even when things happen in my life I should be angry I have taught myself to be calm and serene. I see a lot of anger outside of fab and I grimace because I spent years training myself not to be like that. Seeing ill people with anger made me calm and sad. Working with angry people has made me the complete opposite |

I reserve the right to lash out as appropriate - it may be noisy. I generally speak my mind but will consider what I'm going to say. I'd only use physical force if there was absolute need, perhaps due to someone trying to hit me etc. |
