Not anymore no. I've done over 20 years of shifts mainly 4 on 4 off. 2 days then 2 nights but had a accident last September. Looks like its finished me. Shit happens as they say.

I used to love night mainly because my sleeps so bad but since I've finished I've realised just how much working nights really fucked everything up. Human's are not nocturnal you need sunshine. Ok we live in Britain but you need light at least.

Upper floor. Fwb works away and I join him but the hotel last night was sheer hell with the heat

yes I was out under the silvery moon for a few weeks lol but close to the water the crashing of the waves on the shore and the inordinate amounts of water I was drinking didn't help I suppose lol

Hubby was up at 2am rolling round in agony (cancer) stomach cramps because he had some toast for supper. Luckily he has a very VERY dark sense of humour (his words) if you want a diet that works, I’d recommend cancer . I’ve lost over two stone in three months ..

Oh well good luck with that, I had the pleasure of watching a simulated test on men of the contractions and they didn't cope well, they attached electrodes to the guys stomachs backs and one guy had them lower down and they sent simulated contractions, the guys had a safe word and all shouted the safe word
