How does yours work?
Do you show everyone with respect and then have their actions and attitude dictate if they keep it or lose it
Or
Does your respect need to be earned initially.
Generally I'm the former, I respect everyone at a base level, everyone starts as respected. I don't believe respect has to be earned, however I do believe it needs to be maintained or increased. |
