interesting piece on newsnight recently about ownership of data etc on such sites..
think it was a law student from Norway? who had been trying for several years to retrieve his data he had put on there..

If you untag a specific pic are they still on your friends list and can you actually delete someone as a friend ? "
yes they are still on your friends list, and yes you can delete them as friends, just go to their profile and click the unfriend link. also you can change your privacy settings to suit what you share/are tagged in etc. |

There is hide and delete
Use the help (Drop down to the right of home, near the top), type in a few words what your trying to do, and it will guess a few answeres for you, click the one you want  |
