Having friends over for meal this evening...got a leg of lamb, that's been marinating in Moroccan spices in the fridge overnight, which will be getting slow roasted today

I’ll be watching a match on tv with friends this eve, they’re sorting food. I’ve no idea what we’re eating, but I’ll be wearing stretchy pants do I can eat loads. |

I'm making a chicken salad. The chicken is boiled in water with star anise, lemon grass and ginger. Basmati and wild rice, snow peas, mizuna lettuce and a sliced yellow pepper in a bowl, slice chicken and add, mix all together then cover in nam jim dressing whizzed in my processor which is quite fiery. Honestly it's delicious. |
