Let see how my weight journey goes this time every Wednesday. Because I am looking to hit a target of between 13 and 14 stone by December but the last couple of weigh in was a failure hope it start going the right way from now on. Thanks for all the support throughout my journey. Sorry to all for my poor English language which seem the case i got to apologies for lately.  |

yes but been to the eye clinic for my yearly check found out the something wrong with my retinal at the back of the eyes so i goes to see the retinal specials in three months time it not bad now but it best to get in checked |

My mom is still slim so I guess I'm stuck with it....We are never happy with what we are....It doesn't get to me but given the choice I would like to be taller and bigger |

We have to go with what we have. I was very slim at your age, too slim, no shape ,now I love my curves |

not a good weigh in but its not been good two week as i am straggling to keep positive in life but i will get back on track after this 3 and a half pickup. thanks to those who believed in me |

pounds and stone.. i use to weigh 23 stone before slimming world where i weigh in at 20 stone 11 pounds now i weight in at 16 stone 7 and a half pounds but i got down to 15 stone 1 and a half pounds before losing my mom and bother so i gain a bit but i will get back down to it soon.. |

My finale enter I stayed the same for the last week or so but just like to say thanks to all those who comment throw out the time of start this forum but it finely time to say bye all especial to all the other single men new and old may you all have a wonderful time throw out December and into the new year and beyond.. |
