How do you eat your oranges. I have mine very thinly sliced with a sprinkling of black pepper on and i eat the rind as well

I drink mine, mixed with mango, as in Tropicana's Orange and Mango juice!

Not sure if your diabetic you should eat them, only tangerines. I chop mine up small and eat it with a spoon.

with the exception of sugar, you can eat anything as a diabetic, you just need to watch the quantity and what you eat it with to slow the release of the glucose.

Also Oranges have fructose in them which breaks down slower than glucose

Oranges are not my fruit of choice. I can’t be arsed with peeling them and then picking off all the pith…. too much skin gets stuck under my nails. Yet, I don’t mind mandarins, tangerines and satsumas… as long as they are easy to peel.
