Strange thread I know but thought someone might be able to help

Does anyone use the secure keys for logging on to their bank accounts??

Mine has stopped working....it’s not displaying anything so I can’t get into my online banking

Bit early to phone them as they not there yet

Does anyone have any ideas please ASAP

Thank you so much

Yes I do, is it an app? Try and log of and on again, it usually helps.

If you know your hidden questions there is an option to log on without

Hate the idea that you have to use a doodad to log in to my account.

Far too easy to put down somewhere or have little fingers move it

Can you change the battery in those things?

Batteries do run out you need a new one. Have to register it to your account. They have them free in branch. But as earlier post says you have option to log on without the key using security questions

I didn’t realise you could log on without the key

If that’s the case then why do we need one

Lol

It’s not battery or it would be displayed

The screen is blank

If anyone has one and had this problem please let me know

Thank you

You can now have the option to log on with a digital secure key.

Though when I use the app rather than the full website I use a password.

If you let me have your account number, customer number, pin and security questions and answers I can try it for you ... see if it works

They'll send you a new one in the post fairly fast, I got one years ago when I lost the other.

Until then if you're registered for telephone banking you could use that.
