Why didn't I find out about this sooner!  They need to add this to school education or something lol
Had probs with dry skin and stuff for years, tried this unique rice scrub wash thing in shower this morning and omg
My skin feels ungodly smooth and I have two weeks worth of body hair so when I get round to shaving it up it will be like weeeeeeeeeeee.
Anyone else have experience with exfoliation that can offer pro tips etc?  |

Lol i have eczema. No amount of ex foliating gets rid of that fucker. Stuck with it.

Us girls have been exfoliating for years, lol  you really need to moisturise afterwards and only do it once a week, too often can be bad for your skin. |

Go look at the products of "liz earl" amazing stuff and all natural.
Mens stuff too.
The smell alone is soooo divine and sexy...you feel edible after using it. |

i use johnsons baby (bedtime lotion)
its cheap an asda's do it
ur skin be like a babys bum
honest it leaves ya skin so soft
after ya shower
an everyone says i have the softest
skin they have felt  |

not sure if you have a pound land type shop near you but you can get some real bargains in there... my local one does a great johnson and johnson body moisturiser but with a turkish  label . Usually sells for nearly £4 ..and i think i can work out that the instructions probably say apply to skin and rub
