We guage our potential interest. If we don't think it's a goer then we'll send a polite thanks but no thanks message. If we think there is potential we'll send a photo and start a conversation with them. We would ask for a photo of them if we haven't already seen one. |

Myself or the other half always checks a profile. If we think we're interested/migh have a connection / or like their pictures, we engage in conversation.
If it's a no go, we have said a polite thanks, but no thanks.
We will only block if we think the account is fake, or we messaged but didn't there was a connection.
