How much effort I go to for meets ...
Why am I doing it? Making all the effort again, just like when I was with my husband. Me making all the effort again! What the actual fuck??
I have just done a night shift, came home and seen what a mess it was left in by my 4 delightful children, massive clean was called for. Shower, shave my whole body it seemed like, douche, exfoliate, moisturize, make-up, do hair and try on loads of lingerie.
Fellas make sure you bring your game when you show up because the likelihood is she has gone to a lot of effort for your meet  |

Funny that my routine is similar. Ensure shoes are polished. Trim body hair, chest, back, arse, sometimes legs and arms if a bit overgrown. Shave head, face and pubic area topiary or all off depending on time of year and mood. Trim or pluck ear and nasal hair and eyebrows. Douche if there is any suggestion there may be more than a simple social, otherwise exfoliate and have a deep clean shower. Deep clean teeth. Moisturise. Deodorise and apply after shave of choice. Choose appropriate outfit and underwear if not going commando. Pack toys if appropriate and check battery life. Get dressed, final check and then leave. Send a message to say I’m on my way and then pick up any snacks and drinks we might need if appropriate.
I dare say other guys might do the same. |

I think this is at the moderate effort level for women and the high effort level for men tbh.
The amount of "I know what soap is" around here is unreal. Very clever, come back in 15 years when you're old enough for sex. |

I can imagine unfortunately. However I think more guys put considerable effort in than may be given appreciation. I’ve seen some of that effort going on in the changing rooms of the local gym after a workout. I don’t know if they are meeting anyone but they take considerable care about their grooming. My son's grooming regime is as rigorous as mine. He’s only 19. |

I quite enjoy putting on music and getting in the mood - it doesn't really feel like effort for me (although I don't wear make up), it's almost ritualistic.
I think I've been quite lucky as the men I've met make an "effort" as well. |

Nothing better than walking into a bar/pub/hotel to meet someone for the first time.
Excited nerves.

Admittedly I used to get more excited than I do, 2 years and it does feel like more of an effort than it used to. All pays off when you can feel some kind of sexual connection and you see that satisfied look on his face  would be nice to have someone make an effort for me like I do one time though, and I don't just mean washing their cock and a wet wipe |
