Tommy Robinson has been banging on for years about how immigrants (or more specifically, muslims) have been getting away with crimes for years and the police are turning a blind eye.
Now he's off to jail again and hes asking Trump for political asylum because the jails in the UK are "controlled by jihadi gangs"
So are immigrants getting away with murder or are they filling up the prisons? |

Alot of the prisons are a high percentage of extremists and try to convert people inside , alot of people convert because they are afraid and out numbered |

I'm assuming the getting away with crimes and police not getting involved is referencing Rotherham etc...
I know a few people who work in a prison and they say the prison they work in is full of muslims.
So I can be both I guess. |

A bit research is telling me that 14% of the UK is populated by immigrants and that 5% of the jails are filled with immigrants. That's 35% of the immigrants that have come to the UK that are in jail.
I actually don't think I believe those numbers because that's like 1 in 3 are criminals. |

Doesn't necessarily mean that 1 in 3 are criminals it just means that immigrants are more likely to get convicted. |

The population of foreigners that have swelled our borders are mostly extremely hard working they've came here for money and that's their aim to get it but some have come here with absolutely no hope of work and it's those people that turn to crime but many British people are crooks to, so it's kinda unfair to blame it all on Muslims, I personally don't understand the contradictions of the Muslims they dislike the western world's way of life but they populate western world countries and once again they do it for money........ Money is the new religion  |

Of course you could argue that the fact there is more money here has not only attracted the hard working immigrants but also the theives, con men, smugglers and criminals.
More money rewards the dishonest as well as the honest so the criminals would be equally attracted to the UK. |

Our country had made up of immigrants for centuries and irrespective of their race or religion have committed crimes.
On the opposite side the majority are hard working and merge into the community and it’s way of life
It’s called accepting each other for who we are and our each individual beliefs, and ensuring that is taught to the next generation so it can continue.
Unless of course you (no one specific in this thread) are part of that small minority in this country, that wish to see the country divided and preach hatred of any kind.... then you are not worth my breathe to speak to |

Your maths isn’t correct.
14% of the UK population is 9m people that are immigrants.
The total prison population in the uk is approximately 80,000 people.
Foreigners make up 12% of that. Which is approximately 10,000 people.
So the percentage of immigrants in the uk that are in prison is 10,000 out of 9 million. Which is only 0.1%
I know you probably didn’t do it deliberately but misinformation can cause hate. And we really don’t need that.
The vast majority 99.89% of immigrants are not criminals and are just trying to live life in peace like the rest of us. |

I didn't say anything like that. My maths came from 14% of the pop being immigrants, and 5 percent of jails filled with immigrants. When I wrongly worked it out it looked like 1 in 3 immigrants have been put in jail. I never said anything close to them being more likely to go to jail thank UK nationals.

Neither of you have it the right way.
If 14% of the countries population are i migrants and 5% of the jailed population are immigrants. Then there is a lower percentage of the immigrant population being convicted of crimes and ending up in jail.

Your maths is off, 5% of 80,000 jail population. 2/10 must try harder. I do see what you were trying to do though, you just cant do it with the numbers you have. |

you could but people steel fundamentally because they don't have money to buy, it's not about race it's about the system and the chemical element plays a big part to these days ....... The Op selected Muslims as his target race and as I said the Muslim people dislike our culture they are extremely verbal about it in our country something that would not be tolerated in theirs, the Muslim prison population is as a result of coming to this country to get money but not being able to get work and also not having much respect because our culture is alien to them, like someone else said many despite their beliefs are harmless law abiding people, it's all about survival and disrespect. |

Of course you could argue that the fact there is more money here has not only attracted the hard working immigrants but also the theives, con men, smugglers and criminals.
More money rewards the dishonest as well as the honest so the criminals would be equally attracted to the UK.you could but people steel fundamentally because they don't have money to buy, it's not about race it's about the system and the chemical element plays a big part to these days ....... It’s named as such due to us having un-polluted waters. They’re also naturally found there opposed to being farmed in the likes of Thailand.
Also, to the op, I was attacked by a gang of adult Asian men as a teenager for no reason. I was then the one to be arrested and charged with a breach of the peace for simply shouting at them afterwards. The entire thing would have been on cctv.
One of the police had told me himself that nothing would be done as, their Sergeant or whatever was Asian himself.
This, along with the stop and searches being stopped in London, due to stereotyping by race, clothing and area being considered racist; does not stop white teens in tracksuits, in impoverished areas of Glasgow being harassed.
I do feel that our country is losing its ability to police the state to a fear of being considered racist.
There’s a music festival charging white people double than they are anyone of colour.
Universities are allowing those of colour in withs B’s whilst everyone else needs AAA*
There is a problem and, it’s more to do with politics than immigration itself. |

I have many good friends who are hard working decent people from other countries and cultures. I still believe that we cannot take unlimited numbers of these decent people however nice that ideal would be. The problem is how the government discriminates between who can and cannot come and those who are going anyway by whatever means.. we are a great country and that's why people want to come here and why I stay here. |

We have 11% of inmates that are immigrants and a population of 9 % of immigrants so it’s not hugely different, But I do think we could be getting ex cons not doing to well in their home countries that want to have the freedom of a new start here, and bringing that criminality here, but we still get a load of great people that are hard working and decent

Don't expect someone like him to develop a coherent, truth based message. He's received huge sums and support from overseas sources - probably why he'd like to become an immigrant somewhere.
He's only self-interested and would happily be hypocritical if he could gain from it. His criminal record would probably be more than enough to bar him entry to the USA etc.

The governments discrimination is based on taking somalians,Kenyans, Ethiopians in place of those from Syria. Meanwhile, those that we were supposed to be helping, have been left to die. This is all due to human rights lawyers disallowing us to use logic in identifying the fact that Syrians are not black...... |

What I don't understand is how they threaten to sack that guy that announced on the radio that there's more non original U.K. citizens claiming benefits than there is U.K. citizens.
Also they claim to be here as it's a safe country so they claim asylum here....Yet they've flown over....Drove through or just passed through safe country after safe country to get here....it is a coincidence that we have the highest pay outs and biggest welfare system....Just saying |

The thing with individuals like Tommy Robinson is that they will spread hate in the name of truth and the masses start to believe him. And it’s usually individuals who are uneducated or not working that follow these kinds of people. I’m not saying all are uneducated but many are.
I’m British born. And I’ve not stopped working since I’ve been in school. I’m a stern believer of working hard for my own earnings and striving hard to educate myself.
It’s frustrating when people start saying immigrants are taking our jobs or taking over our country when the same is happening elsewhere. How do individuals who got no GCSEs, A Levels or a degree start screaming and shouting that people like me, or our ‘kind’ are taking away their opportunities.
Your opportunity is there but you’re not doing anything about it. Who’s the daft one there?
I think discussions like this are good for a forum of this kind. Sometimes we just need an open discussion and lay it all out on the table.
We ain’t all bad. There’s always a bad apple in every culture and in every race. Don’t paint a whole lot of people with the same brush.
