Firstly thank you for your kind words, I’m glad you think so, it’s my aim and glad it’s coming through - it’s just an extension of the real me into fab world.
I’m probably in the most confident place I’ve ever been in the last 15 years.
The only advice I can give is figure out who you are and what you want from life. From there you can start to see what parts of your life bring your confidence down and distance yourself from the cause, not all at once but a problem at a time.
It’s a tough road, but you can do it, step by step, it doesn’t happen overnight. In addition, find someone you trust and talk things through with them even if you don’t think they can help it’s good to have a sounding board
We are never going to be liked by everyone and that is perfectly fine, that’s normal life. Most importantly though, you need to believe in yourself that you are good enough as you are and if you think you need to change something do it. Only you can change you and it can be very empowering
Personally for me the change started when I left my ex, it was a huge hurdle to becoming me again after being who the men I was with wanted me to be.
Over the last couple of years I’ve also distanced myself from family and friends who I realised took every opportunity to knock what I was doing and was bringing me down.
I now have a new group of friends and I live life for me and my son, they are my priorities
