Cake! and sandwiches and sausage rolls and more Cake!

It's a surprise birthday tea down the pub for the husband of my best friend, it's his 60th birthday and he knows nothing about the party.

Karaoke cake and a couple of glasses of vimto ..... spiffing!

We are off to a Dinner/Dance at a swanky local hotel, we did have to pre order our meal but for the life of me we can't remember what we said so it might be a bit of pot luck or what they have left in the kitchen oh and we will look posh, me in me DJ and K in her long frock

I had my first meal for a week of roast pork shoulder, spring cabbage broccoli, roast potatoes and gravy.. and it made me feel a bit icky cos I ate too much too fast, but am ok now, phew!

Just realised I forgot to put apple sauce on though

It's a mini potato and wheat dumpling, I like using them in stews instead of potatoes...
