Oh I Tottaly get that. Feeling everything and nothing all at once, not knowing really how I feel or being able to explain it.
Iv often found myself feeling lonely when I'm at my busiest, it's odd but I normally find taking some "me time" and having a good natter/night out with a good friend helps. |

OK well allow yourself time to recover and don't be afraid to ask friends/family for help either practically, emotionally or both.
If that isn't possible or helpful then do what you have and reach out on here. We all have times when we need a little TLC and attention. X |

Can u get a friend to call and maybe take you for a spin? Go see a movie or just go sit in the park.
I think most of us have them days where it's not that anything in particular happens it just is. I call mine the black cloud. Even if I appear happy and smiling inside I'm just about coping. But there is good in people and just look at all the support here. |

It's friends on here more than anything, that have helped me cope - just by talking and mutual support. Peace and love, Polly xx |

Sometimes it's just about taking each day as it comes and find one positive thing in that day and work from there. Stick on some music turn it up loud and dance and sing yr heart out, have that cry, I have a family member you always says "pull yourself together" or " people worse off than you" and I now just don't tell her when I'm down. In reality we know all that so for today focus on one thing you love doing and do it. Even if it's eating pork swords !
And I posted it as my status u want to see the messages im getting |

e been though this. Xx
Yeah I've done all the stuff you should but its difficult when everything is shit as well. God I am such a whinge bag. Sorry.
No don't you apologise at all! You have had a totally awful time of it. Talking it through and having a bit of a giggle inbetween is exactly what you should be doing.
We are here for you. X"
Thanks. It seems insane to come here for people to talk to but in the real world it's hard to tell everyone especially people close that I'm really not ok |

"Hi Dharma. Wishing you well. I know what it's like to struggle with the stuff going on in life. Has been an emotional roller coaster for me over the last 18 months, with far more downs than ups, since one of my parents died.
It's friends on here more than anything, that have helped me cope - just by talking and mutual support. Peace and love, Polly xx
Hi polly
I had the same thing about 18 months ago when my mum killed herself...not sure I'll ever deal with that but it makes everything worse when life gets hard if that makes sense
Oh my! Of course you feel down after that, who wouldn't.

And I posted it as my status u want to see the messages im getting
Oh god I bet! you are braver than me. "
I did and it's actually made me smile and laugh |

If you ever want to chat privately about any of this stuff, please pm me. I'm sure the same goes for a lot of the others on here as well. Funny, for a site that's supposed to be about sex and swinging, for me it has ended up being a place where i have found wonderful emotional support from some of the nicest people i could ever imagine. |

Have you heard of a treatment called "access bar therapy" I recently had a 30min session done and I can 100% say my anxiety level has decreased. I am a control.freak when it comes to doing things and will always make excuses etc. I got in my car on Friday morning, and headed off for 2 nights alone, no accommodation booked. Just went and I survived and it was strange sitting in a restaurant eating dinner alone.
So maybe look at having a wee treatment done. |

I'm really struggling tonight and today...so if anyone is out there come say hi something to make me laugh would be even better!

Hi OP, sorry to hear you are down. I sometimes suffer from anxiety and depressions........ I rediscovered the great outdoors a few years back. I get out regularly as Mother Nature is good for the soul. Maybe plan something and get yourself outside in the fresh air.
Ps bears don’t sh#t in the woods, health & safety put a stop to all that.... they now have to use the port-a-loo’s located in the car park!
