Now don't get me wrong I can swear with the best if provoked but I find that a lot of people have resorted to it in ridiculously normal situations.(including some but not all children)
I remember darn it being said instead of f..king hell
So the question is
Do you swear without thinking in everyday conversations ?
or
Are you really careful and reserve it for times of extreme anger ?

However, the ones that f and blind in every sentence - nope |

Depends on who I'm with, where I am and what I'm doing really.
I never swear in general conversation or if there are women and kids around. Call me old fashioned but I just don't see the need to use swear words as punctuation or as substitutes for the words that should be used. |

I have sworn in 2 different situations in the past few months. Not proud of it but I was provoked and had to put these people in their place.
Somehow my brain thinks the point came across better with the added colourful language. It really doesn't because you feel like a plonker yourself after.
Must re-train brain |

"I swear far too much. I manage to switch it off if I’m around children and/or working. But I pretty much use ‘fuck’ or ‘fucking’ as a comma "
It just flows with my accent |

I swear in times of heightened emotion or to place emphasis on something. I did swear an incredible amount but as I've become old I'm far softer and less likely to.
I think there's something really sexy about the surprising element of someone saying fuck. It's unexpectedly raunchy and makes me think... well, obvious thoughts. |

"My favorite swear is "spunk trumpet'. I think it's quite evocative.
That's mild for you my dear "
It is mild but you don't see it used all that much these days. Anyone can say fuck you have to mix it up
On occasion I'll say "Fook It" in the style of Withnail. |

Swearing itself I don't have issues with. I do it myself often enough, sometimes more casual than I'd like.
I do think it can be over used though, at that point it does become tiresome and undesirable. |

I really, really try not to swear, but sometimes I just can't help it
A good swearing rant can be therapeutic
But I hate to hear swearing in every day language, there's just no excuse or reason for it, and it is just meaningless.
Having difficulty with my 11 year old son at the moment, especially when he's gaming and as soon as I hear him swear I shut him down
A lot of it comes from the YouTube vids he watches for the gaming and even when directed at a mixed age audience swearing is prevalent, particularly from those f4cking Yanks |

Adding that one to my list
You can add "cum bucket" if you like too."
Know that one from some messages.... |

I would say I swear a few times a day, usually just things like oh piss off if I hit my toe or something. I never swear when I'm upset or angry as it feels strange rolling off my tongue. |

"I try not to swear in English but swear a LOT in Portugese.
I try to curb it .
I need to learn different words/ languages to swear in. "
Me too! I might have picked up more French at school if they'd thrown in some swears |

I rarely swear at work, even amongst colleagues. I just think you get more respect from people if you don't.
I absolutely never swear if I'm involved in an altercation at work. That way you can ask the other person to stop swearing and once you've done that, you've got the upper hand. |

At work I swear all the time. In the early days it was non stop as I was on the office chat messenger a lot trying decipher queries from support sites that didn't speak a word of English.
Everyone one in the office would complain lol. Now they're just used to it. |
