So in this age of diminishing attention spans, micro-mesaaging and rapid fire social media, what is the ideal length for a profile on here? 3 words to War and Peace - tell me how long it should be! |

"So in this age of diminishing attention spans, micro-mesaaging and rapid fire social media, what is the ideal length for a profile on here? 3 words to War and Peace - tell me how long it should be!" If it's interesting then the length of your phone if it's not and it's basically a rant it doesn't matter because nobody reads it anyway |

"So does mine provide the relevant detail?
Doesn’t include much to be honest
So maybe that's where I am going wrong. What else would be of use?"
Take a look at successful male profiles to get an idea from them. I’m awful at giving advice - in my opinion it’s bare and really doesn’t tell me anything at all |

"So does mine provide the relevant detail?" it needs more of you in it, what you're here for, some personality, the married thing will appeal to some and not others

Blimey I never realised so much could be read into a few sentences.
Feeling bruised here, but it goes to prove the old saying....
You never get a second chance to make a first impression!! |

"It should be the same length as the profile owners penis
I don't have a penis... should I change it?"
Go by the length of your favourite dildo/vibe, ladies. |

There is no perfect length
There is no perfect profile
Write what reflects you, what you offer and what you seek
Mirror that with some images and see how you go |

My updated one is too long but I can't see how I can cut it down as I want a guy who ticks all the boxes and the type of guy who does would have the attention span to read it |

Long enough to satisfy, not so long it hurts , sometimes just long enough to leave them wanting more x |

Ideal length is enough to whet my appetite, provide a good understanding about you and your interests, leaving m me interested for more.
Depending on each person, what they have to say etc, everyone is unique - how concise they make things etc.
I'm not average, even if attention spans are reducing - I have enough attention for someone who is interesting. Short profiles with little content are the problem.
Let others skim read etc, if they find it too wordy. Assume they are capable of being an adult and so having enough content is important, so they don't just move on to the next person, feeling you've not paid attention to their needs.
A good 4 or 5 paragraphs is probably the minimum I'd like. Avoid much if any stuff that's not likely to be relevant for no strings partners. One large mono-block of text is worse than organised paragraphs with good form. |
