I’m a manager and the people around me think I’m bonkers but in a good way and they all work hard and I get the best out them even when they ain’t feeling great!! I know what you’re saying with this as some get a bit of power and think they should be in a fooking Avengers movie |

I just work somewhere where some of the managers quickly forget that they are talking to intelligent, responsible adults and not imbeciles. And those of us staff who ARE actually imbeciles always get away with murder. It is particularly stinging when they have actually pushed away all the good managers and the mediocre ones have made it where they are due to nepotism instead of skills. But I could be talking about anything lol |

Shame, it's probably one of the skills you'd hope most a manager to have. I personally couldn't care less how poor a manager was if they took us down the pub or local brewery once a week with the company credit card. |
