I took myself off down to studland naturist beach today.
It's the first time I've been and I went on my own.
I didn't really know what to expect. But I had a lovely time just laying in the sun.
Such a lovely and liberating experience and cant wait to go again. |

I used to get nude years ago and jump in the river to cool off on hot days.
It felt so good, until one day when I was walking along the field naked, I noticed a train full of people stopped and looking over at me  |

I was a bit worried about it and I did stop just shy of that bit for a while. But I'm glad I plucked up the courage.
I stripped down to my knickers, that was my comfort zone |

I first went to a nudist beach about 4 years ago. The first time I was really nervous, until I got there. As everyone else was nude I just went for it and stripped off, no one batted an eye. It just felt so natural that I was hooked immediately. I now go as often as I can and it feels perfectly natural to wander about or sit and chat with others. |

Pay them no attention and dont go in the dunes. So many ordinary people about just enjoying being naked. It's great |

My first check going on holiday is where the nudist beaches are and whether there’s a naturist terrace. It significantly influences my holiday destinations. I haven’t used the UK ones but will get round to it. |

I went to the one local to me today for the first time as well!! I loved it! Will definitely go back! Just felt very natural and like you say, very liberating! I did get completely naked but didn't actually move once I did!! Next step will be being brave enough to get up and walk to the sea naked!! Lol!!
