I’ve just discovered the joys of overnight oats. Fuck. Me.

What do you like to snack on?

I've taken to watching TV sucking chocolate limes lately, Cadbury caramel cake bars are another favourite 'bed snack'

Crisps are my biggest downfall. I'd be so slim if it wasn't for Doritos.

You should put them in the freezer first. Then have with a cuppa. Yum!

I’m a chocoholic and cakeohlic too.

Fruit if it's a large night snack. I'm also a convert to overnight oats. Just put mine together for the morning - oats, frozen summer fruits & berries & a fat free yoghurt

Do like the odd treat of chocolate but my healthier snacks I love are carrot sticks and houmous, cheesestrings, melon and salt and vinegar peanuts.

I don't really snack very often but it's usually fruit or nuts or maybe a bit of cheese

"Not tried overnight oats yet , what’s the best way to do them?"

I soaked mine in Almond & coconut milk, a splash of vanilla, cinnamon and blueberries. Left them in the fridge all day and added more fresh fruit and seeds before eating.

So yummy and very filling!

Oh that's spooky. I had a "thing" for mini Mars bars straight from the fridge when I was pregnant . Mind you it was 30 years ago

Somewhere

Pepperidge Farms Milk Chocolate Milano Cookies.

Put them in the freezer for a while then they won't melt as quickly when you dunk them in your tea.
