Apparently Francois Mitterand had lamphreys cooked in a pie. And Keith Floyd had like a million courses. I would have seafood - oysters, mussels, langoustine, baguette, President butter, chilled white wine and crepe suzette. What would yours be? |

To start: Parfait de Foie Gras,
Main: 12oz Argentinian Fillet medium rare with cheddar mash and broccoli,
Dessert: lemon tart with clotted cream & raspberries.
Quaffed down with a bottle or 2 of Clicquot. |
