They both mean the same thing so which one do you use more?

Fat chance, rarely hear anyone same slim chance around here.

Maybe depends on where you are from?

Fat chance to me means absolutely no chance at all.

Slim chance means a very small chance.

I use both

Same. I've never heard anyone use 'slim chance'.
