Depends how you feel afterwards. If you feel better for it then I suggest napping in the future. If you feel worse for it, I suggest trying it again & again until you start to feel better for it! You'll get there in the end & then you'll become a natural napper. It'll just become part of what you do!

I'm envious of my hubby's ability to nap Anywhere.. .he does it pretty much every day, in his van, in the chair, on the bed, just shuts his eyes and he's gone, he's not actually even grumpy when he wakes up!

When I'm on holiday, they're a must for me, as I do like to go out and be out till late, however I'm also a morning person as well.

So napping by a pool with a cocktail for my wake up drink, heaven

I love naps so much. Often take naps when I'm working at home, then I've got loads of energy when I wake up again, so productive!

They say naps are good for you but I try to avoid them as I feel so groggy when I wake up that it ruins the rest of my day.

I am not a Dad and enjoy a good nap most days. A short nap often turns into a long sleep.
