well done you thats excellent
i'm on week 3 and hubby is 10 days in but we are both using electronic fags which is helping although mr b still has bouts of snappiness but getting there |

Well done you....I've just realised that today is 18 months since I last lit a cancer stick and i calculate I've saved approx £2800....that's paid for a few hols and travelodge rooms  |

Friends of ours both packed in after being lifelong smokers, ie 30yrs or so, after hubby was told he had a circulation conditon in his leg.
Now this guy was a lifelong sportsman, played football well into his 40's and outwardly looked in good nick.
Anyway, she packed in too in support and they've bought a brand spanking new VW Golf from the ciggy kitty  |
