I eat fruit all day long decision I made a few weeks back I was not eating enough and I was very ill with norovirus.

Last night I had fruit pots with jelly and custartd. Today I will eat one of very big juicy oranges. I also make fruit smoothies, frozen raspberries and orange juice today.
