I envy people who feel comfortable and confident enough to indulge in the nudist scene.
My fella is the only onexception who ever sees me nekkid, just don't feel comfy

If you like the idea of nude sunbathing you should give it a try. Fellow nudists/naturists are some of the most non judgemental people in my experience. |

Same here... My fwb gets to sleep next to me naked but even he doesn't exactly see me naked. I would love to feel free but just don't feel enough love with my own body |

It's such a shame so many women feel so bad about their bodies. Hannah had body issues in the past but has really come to love her body and understands that I love it too. Both lady commenters above have lovely bodies and it makes me sad that this is preventing you from having the confidence to do something that appeals.
When Hannah and I started going to nudist places, she was concerned people wouldn't like her lumps, bumps and scars. She realised then something she has reiterated many times since: "Nobody cares!"
If it would give you any comfort trying a nudist place with a couple who have imperfect bodies who have overcome body issues, feel free to let us know. |

I understand where you are coming from. My wife was like that. When I met her she would not even sleep naked . But with lots of Reassurance And love she has become more comfortable with her body , yes she would like to lose a little weight but there are allsorts out there . Btw she is a size 16. And I am no slim Jim. When at the nudist beach no one judges anyone . |

Why do many people think that everyone on a nude beach is looking at YOU? They aren't! If anyone is, it will be the single pervy guy lurking around, probably dressed himself ( in case of erection!) starved of sex, getting off looking at other people's wives, while his own (if he has one) remains unaware of his furtive activities. You can tell them a mile off, they never walk in a straight line and are the joke of the beach......don't they think we know??
We spend 6 months of the year on nude beaches and love the freedom, friendliness and social side of it all with fellow naturists from all around Northern Europe. Many returning to their favourite beach year after year.
Many sadly confuse naturism with easy sex.Nothing could be further from the truth! |

I'm in Fuerteventura later this year and there's a lot of nudists further down the beach but I'm not sure I have the nerve to do it on my own! |

If you can Black up the courage to do it by yourself then do . I have found them a very safe place. My wife has never felt threatened there . |

Fuerteventura is a great place to go nude, as is our favourite Canary Island Grand Canaria, we love Maspolomas beach lots of lovely naturists and fellow swingers too! |

It's such a fantastic, liberated/liberating feeling. Sunbathing, swimming, walking. It seems strange that (in a man's case) the removal of one small piece of clothing makes such a difference to the feeling of sheer freedom. And it's not sexual, necessarily, either. I'm not clever enough to describe it. And it's strange how that feeling remains even after you've forgotten that you're naked and naked becomes the 'new normal'.   |
