So a little back story, I am currently 33 days into a 100 day challenge I set myself to lose weight (100 days before our holiday)
I have now lost a stone and am just wondering what the best way to toughen skin up is
A quick Google says it can take 2 years own it's own- then goes on to mention lotions and potions for pregnant bellies
Any exercise that will help?
