I'm going to recommend an incredible book about one man's personal battle with addiction: A Million Little Pieces.
It's quite a big read but opens your eyes to so much.

Always liked the lyrics for Sterophonics song not up to you.

Makes me think how important childhood is and how quick we were to get old ,, also great song |

No! I must now though! Unfortunately I made the error of lending my copy out....then never seeing it again!
