Of 70s Southern TV was rumoured to have had a toothbrush removed from his arse in a&e.
I've lost count of the amount of people I have met that knew the nurse etc.
Must have been a lot of people in that surgery!
Urban myth possibly, or one that has been levelled at many a regional TV presenter? |

I thinks what surprised people the most, there was definitely a whiff of lavender about him.
Then boom, he marries a pornstar.

There's an urban myth which has been running round a certain Birmingham suburb for the best part of 2 decades now. Maxine Carr supposedly grew up there and stabbed and killed a school friend when she was 15. Her identity was changed and she was moved. I don't know how the rumour started but I do know that there's around 72 next door neighbours who will confirm its truth.
Even only last week, a friend old enough to know better brought it up and claimed to have spoken to 'a former next door neighbour'.
