"Climb your nearest hill/s. Make a wondrous picnic. And write or sketch or read or silent disco. Talk to strangers with a big beaming smile. "
I like the Malvern Hills, but you can bog off if you think I'm dancing round them to my own silent disco. I prefer the sounds of nature when I'm out and about in it.
Might take my phone on a lil wander up there though.. see if I can take some nice photos. |

I'm having a mini break in Devon. Sometimes you just need to get away! The weather is gorgeous and I'm in a beautiful area and I'm about to head out and explore. |

Honestly.. I'm a bit of a bitch when it comes to getting into UK waters. Having grown up abroad and acclimatised to the turquoise waters of the Persian Gulf.
I put one toe in the sea at Weston Super Mud.. that's it.. day ruined. Took my boys to a place near Ludlow two weeks ago.. river swimming.. fuck that cold ass shiiiyyt!
The photo wouldn't be a sexy one I assure you. |

Go to the nearest station, buy a ticket to somewhere on the route of the train that's due third on the timetable. Once you arrive there take a train from that station to a destination you've never visited . On arrival find a cafe, drink something you've never tried, visit a place of interest, eat lunch in somewhere you would never normally dine, find an art gallery and look round it. In each of these places you must engage at least one person in conversation.
Today I am decorating. |

Snap old bean! Well, not for the full weekend, but a large section of today anyway.
At P's until tomorrow late morning, but she has an unswapable shift that's she's just headed her cute little backside off to until 5pm. We're hoping for an early finish for her, but that's by no means guaranteed!
So I have the scenario of having to occupy myself till then. I believe we'll have a little piccie session upon her return and that it's Chams tonight, so I shall spend some time getting a haircut etc, but other than that, tis an open book...

Obviously I've been in that boat before and it can be extortionate, especially factoring in membership etc with clubs. Membership is worthwhile if you're going to be attending fairly regularly, but in my Pre-P days I tended to attend different clubs regularly due to the nature of my job and the fact I was pretty transient?
I've made repeated visits to Chams, Libs, Eurekas, Quest and Liaisons and tended to do private parties outside clubs and arranged the odd private event myself co-hosting with lady friends of mine (P on the last occasion obviously!) so it does stack up.
Regarding the clubs, I tended to visit with ladies who wanted to do so with me as much as as a single myself and paying the entry fee myself for pair of us would usually be more cost effective for both than entering separately?

I found it quite entertaining in terms of what people chose to ennunciate, as well as fun to put a voice to different characters on here actually! No bricks were shat which is fortunate as I'd imagine it to be pretty painful.
I even slapped my own offering up on YouTube as well and sent the link in PM! |

Sat outside my cabin. My dogs are lying in the shade.
I have just cooked up a passable breakfast feast. And I’m now planning on reading in the sunshine and doing nothing.
I was going to caulk the floor planks but I will save that treat for a gloomy day. |
