To be fair the 90s had as much good stuff as the 80s - Britpop for a start, then some of the dancey stuff, Nirvana, Radiohead etc - and if you watch old TOTP from the 80s amongst the gems there was a lot of dross around too...Stock, Aitken and Waterman for starters..things like Bros etc and not to mention awful novelty records
That said late 70s/early 80s will always be where my heart lies as it's where my musical tastes were forged |
