A proper vanilla 'just going out for a coffee' date.
By a woman.
Not a fab meet, or a social.
And it got me thinking......when was the last time that happened?
And the sad truth is I reckon it was over 10 years ago. I've been in a few relationships since then of course, and been on loads of dates - but I've always been the one doing the asking.
So at the risk of inviting a load of sarky comments (hi suz!) - guys do you often get asked out on vanilla dates by women?? How long since the last time? |

Just thought I'd get in there but on "vanilla" dating sites... I do ask the men if they actually want to meet for a coffee or a date...and on here I will message men too. Just not many want to date on here!!

I recently asked a guy out...not from here. We've been out 4 times and speak often.
I have gotten used to being so upfront on here with meets that it's feels kinda 'strange'to take a step back and be 'normal'. And I'm not sure that I now know how.
Good luck on your date...I hope you go and have just a good time. |

My last time (B) was about 7 years back. We'd been chatting through a dating site for a few hours and she asked me out for a drink. I had to get home sharpish from football and scrub up lol.
She said a year or so later it was a test to check I wasn't wasted her time lol.
With N I had to be the one doing the asking. |
